    Still Waiting For A Response From Tier 3 Support.


    Why has it taken Tier 3 support more than 14 days to get back to me about my issue? I was promised 2-3 business days. I waited 5 days then called again and they said wait another 24-48 hours. Its been 4 days. MS support send me the wrong power brick
    for the 360. All I wanted was the correct one, but for some reason I have to wait for tier 3 to call me back when ever they feel like it I guess.

    Oh yeah my 360 has been dead since Feb 18th. Pathetic customer service.

    Does xbox live support try to be useless?

    Nugs is correct. Call support again and get the issue escalated to Tier 3, for an investigation (which should only take about 2-3 days to recieve a response from them). And everything on the new console is still up in the air.

    I got out of the program several months ago. Not opted out, but was already long gone from your abysmal, God awful program. So how/why am I sitting here with another one of your updates that broke everything on my Xbox, after not getting an early update
    for over 6 months? Which one of you incompetent hacks are about to be responsible for getting Microsoft sued? Because I've been told at least 50 times that I "was no longer a member of the preview program" by multiple members of Microsoft support since I left.
    Now suddenly it appears in their system that i'm magically a member again!? So that means there is literally only 1 explanation for how I ended back up in your version of gaming Hell, and it's that somebody in your department manually used my information to re-enter me
    into the program WITHOUT MY CONSENT. You have severely violated my rights and are 1 wrong answer away from having to offer me a ridiculously large amount of hush money. I just spent the last 2 hours explaining this in it's entirety to Xbox support, and have
    the reference number if you want to see for yourself. They seem to think you're 100% at fault as well. Remember when I got banned for my comments toward your program because you were taking forever to release me from the program...? I sure do, and I still have the
    copy of the comment and your response, along with when I was finally officially no longer a part of your sabotaging program. You've got 1 opportunity here to save face, so you'd better be very careful about how you respond in your attempt to justify why you
    digitally kidnapped and forced me back into your program.

    They've been very busy lately. Support has had their hands full. You need to be patient and insulting them won't get you faster service.

    "Come to the forums to get help from a Tier 3 agent"? No. You can only get to Tier 3 by being escalated from Tier 1. You need to contact support again.

    The forums are community support, they are barely monitored by MS.

    This is happening to me. I have contacted Xbox support about it and they escalated my claim to a tier 3 status. I called it in on the 13th and I'm still waiting as of now. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
