    stopped getting party invite pop ups


    The title says it all and I can't find a solution. I see the notification when I look under notifications, but I don't get the pop up alerting me to the invite. I've totally just been playing, oblivious, my friend sending me invite after invite.

    It's not just one friend. It's all of them. I can favorite, unfavorite, unfriend, re-add. I've also had this happen across multiple consoles, and I've searched through all the settings to see if I turned off pop up notifications, and I see nothing like that. Everything I google says to do a full power cycle on my console which, surprise surprise, did nothing.

    I do, get pop up notifications through my app on iPad. Is it possible the notifications have been set to show up there instead? It makes no sense. Halp.

    It’s doing it again. This time it’s with party chat. I get notifications on my tablet for achievements and party chat invites but not on my Xbox one.

    I also just heard from a friend he has same issues with achievements and party invite notifications not popping up for days.

    Just party up with the friends who are online already or start a party and invite them. When you start playing a mp game your friends in party will receive a pop up asking if they wish to join or if you are in the same game you will get brought in automatically

    Let's have you try
    Removing your Xbox Live Profile    , power cycle your Xbox One, and then add your profile back. This can often clear up the notification trouble :) Keep us in the loop with how it goes.

    Thanks for the reply...my notifications are enabled and i did the power cycle with no luck....maybe its a server problem with the xbox live..

    Sorry to hear notifications aren't popping. First thing to check is that you still have

    Notifications Enabled    . If everything is looking good on the notification ends, please try a quick power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and power it back on.
