    Did you speak to an Xbox Support agent requested through the contact portal found here:

    or what manner did you use to contact Xbox Support?

    Have you replied to any emails received from the support request or made any follow up support requests for the case you inquired about to see what the status is?

    Take a look at your devices section on your account website to see any open service requests and what the status says:

    Hi Diego, how are you?
    I got in touch with the support online and by telephone. At first everything was going fine, but in 3 weeks the support stopped updating me and when I called they gave me incomplete information. I made a complaint on twitter and a support specialist named Andre contacted me. I want to let you know that Mr Andre kept me informed about the case. But even he could not speed up the process because there was no control in the support center (which I think is absurd. How does a company like Microsoft do not have a peripheral fundamental to the operation of the console?). after more than 1 month, my replacement control was sent. However, a mail error, which has nothing to do with Microsoft, caused the control not to reach me and return to Microsoft. Since I'm going to travel this week, I sent an email to Andre and asked not to resent control. In January the first court hearing was scheduled with Microsoft. I'll let justice decide my case.

    Yes, my experience with support in Brazil was horrible. Unfortunately I had to go to court to have my case resolved. Many friends are migrating to other video game brands because they no longer trust Microsoft.
