    Suspended xbox game pass acct., comment left on a game clip "Comment's" thread, Not Abusive,Racial,Bullying,Homophobic, or misogynistic, 1st and ONLY Infraction, comment NOT DIRECTED At the Poster, just a joke/question about on-screen content, play on game boss's name, No ACTUAL VULGAR words Used, happened in July2021, XBOX Enforcement, how long should a "Suspension" Be,for one,("Not-So-Witty", 1st & Only Infraction, on a 15 Year "+" Account), Comment?No Information is attainable on Exactly what the problem WAS with the comment, at the Very least, give Specific Information so someone can understand and make sure NOT TO REPEAT IT IN THE FUTURE!!!When there is Mass TOXICITY OUT THERE POSTING POISON, Every Single DAY, &, on EVERY Comments Thread, No Matter Who I Speak to at Microsoft/XBOX, NOBODY Knows "HOW TO" get and then discuss this issue, Then What's the Point of Enforcement, if there's No "ACTUAL" Discussion on Resolutions or Keener Awareness?!?!? I GIVE UP!!!

    Hello you are posting in the wrong forums, we won't be able to give you an answer as to why your sons account was suspended. You'll have to post in the following section ->

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx    . That's the thread that the XBOX Live Enforcement Team looks and replies to and they are the only ones that can tell you the exact reason as to why your sons account is suspended.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums but you can contact them by filing for a case review by following the instructions here

    Any report filed against you has to be investigated which takes time.You would of been suspended for something that happened weeks ago or even longer & you would not be suspended for quitting a lobby in a game.

    The code of conduct you agree to when you start your account is your warning & the length of a suspension is based on the severity of the offence & whether you have had any enforcement action on your account before.The length of time you've been xbox live
    or how much you've spent has no bearing it at all.

    The rules are pretty much the same over on PSN.
