Teredo unable to qualify due to ip helper in services error1068
Thank you for the reply. I have resolved the issue on my 2 laptops had to enable all of the xbox services to auto. I am now trying to resolve it on my new desktop(6 months) and can at least use the working other 2 as a control to try and pick out discrepancies.
I will reply when or if I can fix the Desktop. I also had game first asus lan installed but un installed it to reset services and that did not work either ,,,,,,,,,...….still working...…….

    :)

Teredo unable to qualify due to ip helper in services error1068

    Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue concerning Teredo being unable to qualify on your device. This means that your device is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Regarding Teredo, it is necessary for connecting securely to our servers for party chat and multiplayer gaming, and if blocked or listed as unavailable, would not allow you to access Xbox Live servers. When it comes to Teredo, this is a setting that is
normally found in your network hardware, either one you own or has been provided by your ISP for use in your home. This means that if you can possibly access your network hardware's settings to ensure that it is enabled, you may, or if unable to access these
settings, you may contact your ISP to do so for you as recommended by Xbox Support.

Here are a couple of handy articles from our support pages that can help you understand the message concerning Teredo a bit further. They also contain troubleshooting that you can try out as well, depending on which device you're receiving the message from,
be it a console or a Windows 10 PC.

    For Windows 10 PC:

NAT type on Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify"

Xbox Live server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked

    For Xbox One console:

NAT Type: Unavailable in your network settings

Xbox One Multiplayer Connection Error Solution

Give the troubleshooting for your device a try and please let us know the results.

I hope that this information helps you out!

Teredo is unable to Qualify and Server Connectivity Blocked

I just restarted IP Helper in services and now it's telling me that 'Teredo is unable to qualify' again.

    Xbox Window Nat issuse

It is Teredo unable to qualify, I am getting on Xbox app network setting blocking party chat [0x89231906] . There were no changes , have no vpn. Also when I check IP service helper I couldn't start it by the service selection. It gives error 1068 the dependency
service or group failed to start. Also steps by Peer_Sam didn't fix it.

XboxApp keeps saying "Blocked" or "Teredo is unable to qualify"

Hello again and thank you for your assistance.

I managed to pin down the problemsolver in this case, which was:

    - Restart the service IP Helper

For some reason I have to do this every time I start my PC. You might want to add this pseudo-solution in your XboxApp trouble-shooting section.

What happens is that XboxApp says "NAT: Teredo Unable to Qualify" first... then I restart IP Helper, and it goes to saying Open instead. Server ONLY says blocked, always. And I have a feeling that is an issue on your end... Then again - everything works,
even though it says server blocked. Just have to restart IP Helper every day, which goes quick though.

If you have any idea what can be causing this though, please tell me. I uninstalled all those MSI programs and everything. Even tried different routers. Always same thing after having restarted PC.
