    For the past 2 months I keep getting an authentication error for my main Microsoft account that is associated with my main e mail. I have called and spoken to support multiple times and have been told that this is known
    issues and they fix it temporarily. Yet week after week the same error keeps happening. Is anyone else as frustrated as I am with this issue?

    If others have this same issue and have contacted support multiple times please speak up. Hopefully a collective of voices can be heard and prompt a change to ther system or server that is causing the issue.

    This is the error below that I get after trying to login to my account.

    "theres a problem with your account. fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in."

    "something went wrong and we cant sign you in right now. please try again later. the Microsoft account login server has detected too many repeated authentication attempts. please wait a moment and try again."

    Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. Glad to hear that this issue has been escalated and the information sent to the Microsoft engineers so that they can get on a fix for the issue, which seems to be randomly affected many users, so your
    feedback and cooperation in contacting us really helps them to pinpoint what may be happening in order to move forward.
    Your patience is very much appreciated as sometimes these types of issues take quite some time to pinpoint and then fix, so our sincere apologies for any inconvenience thus far.
