Tried to do Xbox One reset and get system error: E102 00000C01 80070003

My xbox was having difficulty downloading fortnite updates. Download would start and run for several hours and appear to be progressing but then fails.

Kept happening so I tried to do a reset and keeping my files. That didn't work.

Tried full factory reset and now the xbox opens to: Something went wrong with Restart this Xbox and Troubleshoot buttons. Despite which path I take, it appears to restart and then comes back with the same error.

When you follow the links above it states the page has moved or no longer available. I search for Error codes and the link to E102 brings me back to the start page. So no this has not been helpful. This was delivered last week and it has been pretty useless
since I got it. Hours to load games and then difficult keeping the thing running. HELP. I spent lot of money when my xBox 360 was so much better.

Ive been having the same issue and now my xbox doesnt even turn on and it just black screens, snd ive tried contacting support but they havent said anything and it was a couple weeks ago
