Discus and support Update? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I fired up Ghosts last night it downloaded and update.     ....if this upcoming BF3 is gonna have any large "easter egg" DLC like the Vietnam expansion for BC2....i.e., is this sort of practice gonna become the norm for DICE games.



    another Vietnam expansion would be cool....maybe some downtown Saigon battles like a "rush" style game where you try to attack/defend the embassy as it's being evac'd .....if they do throw another Vietnam expansion please please give us nepalm strikes, and
    realistic claymores ...not those "shortbus special" claymores with the glowing lines on the screen from COD....



    doesn't have to be Vietnam either....how 'bout Korea circa 1950, or even WW1....give us a 1943'ish game with trenches, fixed MG's a few WW1 vehicles (mosquito tanks, sopwith camels) and fixed classes....or even a console HD updated version of 2142...think
    of the possibilities......later on ofcourse, not right after release

    when updateding dosed it frezze when its applying and almost done? if so dose it give a code and what is it? if it dose frezze while updateing please please give it time to time out sometime up to 1.5 hours because sometimes if you turn it off while its

    Nope staat los van je profiel, het mooie is dat de Xbox 360 al je save files direct in de cloud opslaat. Je raakt dus eigenlijk nooit je savegames kwijt. Super feature al zeg ik het zelf.

    Er zal niks gereset worden.

    Ook als je games verwijderd heb je de keuze om je save game te bewaren.

    Die profile problemen wat bij de Xbox 360 was zijn nu niet meer.

    Het enige wat er nu echt is, wat ik zeer frustrerend vind is, dat het updaten van games soms heel erg traag zijn. En echt traag ik bedoel niet miniuten maar eerder uren 5 tot 16 uur voor een update is niet special. Afgelopen twee maanden is het verschikkelijk
    toe genomen.

    Ik hoop echt dat MS dit spoedig gaat op lossen want met mijn 200 M/Bit lijn haal ik bluray kwaliteit film binnen minute binnen maar een 20 GB update duurt op Xbox Live via de Xbox One soms uren.

    Terwijl op de Xbox 360 7 a 8 GB binnen enkele minute gepiept is.

    Beetje frusti wil je een game spelen blam moet hij updaten aarrgggg.

    Have moved xbox temporarily nearer to router and all worked perfectly, issue definitely one of the strength of the wifi, I just wasn't expecting the test results to all be so varied! In any case, problem has been identified.

    Console shuts down external HDD issue

    Yesterday i updatet my XBOX to the newest firmware and after the update was done i hold the power button a several seconds to get the cache cleared and waited some time and booted the system up again.

    Everything seems to work fine for me at the moment.

    Starting games works normal as well, only if i install games and want to play while installing games on the external HDD could cause some issues like exorbitant loading times or having the issue that starting the game took to long, i guess that's because
    of the massive data transfer.

    Ich kann Deinen Frust gut verstehen, aber wenn man mal GANZ ehrlich ist, muss man halt mal auch schauen was seine Prioritäten sind. Ich bin auch berufstätig, und nach einem Hauskauf gehen die Wochenenden auch bei mir größtenteils für Renovierungsarbeiten
    und ähnliches drauf.

    Ich kenne Deine Arbeit und Deine Wochenendplanung nicht, aber da Dir diese Rückabwicklung so wichtig zu sein scheint, dass Du gleich das Gesetz zitierst, wird es doch wohl möglich sein, mal 10 Minuten Deiner Zeit abzuzwacken und mit dem Support rumzudiskutieren
    ;-)

    Um halt auch das Gesetzbuch auszupacken: Dir stehen gesetzlich (§4 Arbeitszeitgesetz) Ruhepausen zu. Nutze diese um halt mit dem Support zu plaudern.

    Meiner Erfahrung nach, war der Support eigentlich immer recht kulant, solange man nicht offensichtlich das System "ausnutzt".

    Aber zu Deinem Problem:

    In den Nutzungsbedingungen des Xbox und Windows Store heißt es, dass digitale Käufe wirklich final sind, und nicht zurückerstattet werden.

    Wie EXLEX aber auch anmerkt, wenn wirklich ein Fehler vorliegt, und Du sonst für das Jahr noch keine Rückzahlung beantragt hast, drücken die auch mal ein Auge zu.

    Alternativ könnte man mal versuchen herauszufinden, warum Dein Spiel so 'rumzickt.

    Aus Deinen Posts lese ich heraus, dass Du das Spiel für Windows 10 PC aus dem Store gekauft hast?

    Öffne mal den Windows Store, und klicke oben rechts das 3-Punkte Menü an.

    Dort wählst Du dann "Bibliothek".

    Hier solltest Du dann Deine ganzen gekauften Spiele und Apps finden.

    Bei mir wird neben einigen gekauften Titeln zumindest auch Forza Horizon 4 aus meinem Game Pass Abo angezeigt und auch die dazugehörigen DLC's die ich entweder gekauft habe ("Best of Bond" Autopaket) oder durch Aktionen gewonnen habe (ein besonders T-Shirt
    aus einer Mixpot Aktion).

    Beachte auch, dass Du Deinen Rechner mit den neuesten Windows Updates auf dem neusten Stand haben solltest, und auch im Store mal "von Hand" die App-Updates anstoßen solltest (Drei-Punkte Menü, dann "Downloads und Updates", und hier "Updates abrufen" klicken).

    Vor ein paar Wochen/Monaten gab es neben einem Store update auch ein "Store content downloader"
    Update (oder so ähnlich, kann auch ganz anders geheißen haben, aber vom Sinn her war es halt eine Unter-App, die sich um Download und Installation von Store Apps gekümmert hat).

    Viele Apps (auch Windows 10 "Standard" Apps wie Mail und Kalender oder OneNote) haben beim Download Fehler angezeigt, weil dieser Downloader weiter unten in der Warteschlange der Updates war.

    Erst als ich diesen Downloader manuell mit "jetzt herunterladen" priorisiert hatte, und den Store neu gestartet hatte, haben sich die anderen Apps problemlos installieren und updaten lassen.

    Vielleicht verhilft das ja Deinem Rechner das Spiel erfolgreich auf die Platte zu schaufeln, und Du brauchst keinen Support und keine Rückerstattung, sondern kannst glücklich und zufrieden Dein wohlverdientes Spiel zocken!

    From your posts do I read out that you bought the game for Windows 10 PC from the store?


    Open the Windows Store and click on the 3-point menu at the top right.


    There you then choose "Library ."

    Here you should find all your purchased games and apps.

    In addition to some purchased titles, I also see Forza Horizon 4 from my Game Pass subscription and also the associated DLC's that I have either purchased ( "Best of Bond " car package) or won through promotions (a especially t-shirt from a mixpot
    action) .


    Also note that you should have your computer up to date with the latest Windows updates, and also toast the app updates in the store "by hand " (three-point menu, then "Downloads and updates ," and click here "Get updates ").

    A few weeks ago, in addition to a store update, there was also a "Store content downloader " update (or something like that, it may also have been quite different, but from the point of view it was just a sub-app that took care of downloading and installing
