    We really need some answers!


    I have gone thru the motions with support. I have also sat on the phone forever with billing. I have been escalated to the point where i have my own personal advocate (which has failed to contact me). There should be no reason why I have been denied access
    to my gold membership since Saturday the 15th. This is day 4 and i have grown beyond irritated and entering the realm of spiteful. I was hung up on the first time. The second person told me that this was the frist time they had ever seen a specific error code
    even though posts date back to 2011 on the same issue. Told i would be contacted by an advocate to help me thru this and nothing. With all of this time i have now maybe i should build that trebuchet and send this useless piece of plastic back to the hole from
    which it came. Its been fun and all but honestly if there is no resolve, nor any attempt to acknowledge those of us still affected, my xbox days are over. i can see that there is no such thing as customer appreciation other than throwing a few dated games
    at us for free here and there. They will take your money and apologize with a smile. Yet if any of us contacted them to say "yeah im having technical difficulties paying you right now" there is no option youre account is shut down. Another classic case of
    big corporations showing the public that whats good for the goose is not even an option for the gander. Absurd!

    It seems only logical that they would, but considering the fact that they took it out of Windows 8 makes me wonder.
