why can't i purchase rubies in hidden city game

5 or 6 days now.

Have reset my outlook.com account.

Have reset windows store app.

Left message at G5 games. (No reply)

Have rebooted several times today.

Only thing I haven't done is reset app (will possibly lose all my data)

I'd recommend you to reset the app or uninstall and install again.

Game saves are usually saved on the cloud, so you would not lose any progress. But few games are still loading the progress in computer's driver. I am not aware where does Hidden city saves game's progress.

I don't think there are any offers to use MS Reward Points to purchase ingame items in the way you mention.

but you might be able to redeem the points for Xbox/Microsoft Gift Cards then use your Microsoft Account Balance to make the ingame purchases
