    Why is it saying i don't have gold and i cant add gold?


    I cant play online because it says i don't have a gold account.
    But when i go to renew my gold subscription it tells me that i cant have more than one of this item and gives me this code.

    I purchased Xbox live gold but it is saying I don't have it!!!!!

    Excuse me but I've been having the exact same problem now and it's been over 24 hours since I purchased 1 month of xbox live gold and it still won't let me play online, and yet every person that I see has had the same problem, the only answer that xbox
    support can come up with is "remove your account and recover it again", even though I've already done that, reset my xbox, tested my internet and multiplayer connection, restarted my console, launched multiplayer games over and over again to no avail, and
    am STILL completely unable to access any multiplayer interactions THAT I PAID FOR.

    Try removing and redownloading your account on your Xbox One and if that didn't solve it , it might be best to contact Xbox live Support by phone

    Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

    removing and re-adding your profile
    on the console doesn't work, you will want to
