Why the hell did they decline my refund

Thanks for the quick reply. I went under achievements and stats says 0% and no stats to show. I did request a refund but was declined but I would like to know why.

i did request a refund and it was declined because i “have used up all my refunds for the year” when this is my first ever refund. it wasn’t a bank transfer it was $150 worth of xbox money

You should've received an email on why your refund was declined. The people who manage refunds don't check the forums.

Please refrain from creating duplicate threads. As stated in your original thread, the email you received declining the refund should have that information. You can also reply to the email to contact the refund specialists,
but we would not have that information here. You can also try resubmitting a refund request. We would not have information on why it was declined here on the forums.

No i did not buy the ultimate bundle, i bought the regular 59.99 version and it tells me my payment was declined on xbox after it has pulled the money from my account and hasnt refunded me.
