    Hi, really worried my Xbox Live Rewards account will be banned when the change to Microsoft Rewards. I went to sign up to MR and it said, "Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended." So am losing my account? is it because of the
    change? why is my account suspended? how can I fix this?

    please help

    Apocalypse mission achievements

    Help.

    I've completed the apocalypse mission section 2 (twice over) days ago and still haven't seen the rewards credits go through or my progress change. I'm worried about the credits getting lost in the transition to Microsoft Rewards.

    You would need to contact customer support
    for the Microsoft Rewards program.

    No one from support checks this forum and Xbox Rewards support does not handle the Microsoft Rewards program so they would not be able to check into that for you. You will need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support.

    Xbox Rewards support uses the Xbox Rewards Questions Support forum. Microsoft Rewards support does not use the forums.

    Since the suspension is through Microsoft Rewards, it is up to them, not Xbox Rewards. Xbox Rewards support will tell you the same thing. You're not the only one who has asked the same question - Microsoft Rewards
