Xbox DVR clips

Good morning to everyone, i've been having an issue lately (started 3 days ago) while recording my clips on the xbox (series X), basically anytime i do a clip, the aforementioned has no sound whatsoever, as i said before this issue started 3 days ago, before that all my clips where properly working; i of course haven't changed any option in the DVR settings that could possibly originated this problem, i tried to look online for a cause and solution but, after i tried a few things that i read online (changing some audio settings and quality of the videos) dind't help, also because the suggested options were already the ones i had active, also my latest clips cannot be seen in the xbox mobile app (where i use to watch them) and show me this (image below) i can save the clip in my photo gallery tho, but it's still has no sound, also if i try to send it to someone (whatsapp or other app) it gives me an error and cannot be sent.

Extra info:

-while i play yes, there is sound;

-yes, i still have free space on my xbox, exactly 40 Gb left;

-all the clips are from the same game (Halo Infinite) so the game should not be the problem;

-the console is fairly new, less than a year;

-i'm the only one who uses it, so it couldn't be messed up but another person.
