Xbox game pass for promo of $1 for 1st month. Install button not working.

Hi, no the install box is not greyed out. There is a red cross through it.

It says "You can play The Outer Worlds with XBox Game Pass for PC, or buy it to own."

I do not want to buy it. Just install and play it.

Well, got the month of Xbox Ultimate Pass/Gold with the $1 promo.

Nothing. Still no option to download my character onto the Xbox One after uploading my character from the 360 to the cloud. All I can do is start over with a level-1 character. Double-checked that all updates are installed. This blows.

Unfortunately i belive the $1 is a promo for first time signs up. I may be wrong so perhaps another member from the community can confirm. But i do believe that promotion will only work if you haven't had games pass before.

That is correct, this offer is for first time subscribers only (it is a standard with the 1$/1€ promos).

During sales time there are usually interesting deals on Amazon (just to name a safe shop for codes) if you are already subscribed, like buy 3 months, get 3 additional months for free or discounted rates.
