Discus and support Xbox Live enforcement action in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I understand we/I have done something against the 'Code of Conduct' and I have clicked on email, gone to Enforcement History, looked for orange hammer,...     Xbox Live enforcement action


    I understand we/I have done something against the 'Code of Conduct' and I have clicked on email, gone to Enforcement History, looked for orange hammer, only see congratulations you have a perfect record and reputation is good. We really just want an explanation
    of why our account was suspended Thursday for one day and one week last night at 11:53 pm CST. I don't think we will be fighting it but just want to know what happened so we can avoid this action in the future. We have tried clicking on email, going to xbox
    enforcement page, logged into effected account, look for history and orange hammer and don't see that anywhere. Thanks for your help.

    Hi, I know you've tried going to the Enforcement History (https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements) page. Since it says you have a perfect record, I'd recommend contacting Xbox Support directly via phone or chat, to see if they can tell
    you why your account was suspended. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be showing up on your account!

    Where do I contact them, per when doing this online he directs me to enforcement page which shows no history but have been effected twice in less than 4 days. Do you have email address or phone? Thanks,

    However, support does not handle enforcement issues, so there is no guarantee they will have any information.

    So how do I know what we did wrong so we can avoid doing it again in the future? Really want to make sure that everyone in the house is aware of what we did wrong (against code of conduct) but without an explanation, it's hard to just guess... Thanks

    If you're not seeing in the Enforcement History page (the yellow hammer), I'm not sure where you would be able to find it. But that is where the information should be regarding your suspension. If it does happen to show up at a later date, I'd go to this

    My account has a week suspension beginning today right after a player took all of my weapons from Fortnight ‘Save the World’ using a hack. I messaged the person to give it back, then I instantly get suspended!! There is no current suspension listed, so
    I can’t even dispute it! And it says support wont help with suspensions!! This was this morning and I’ve combed the online help with nothing even coming close ro helping!!

    Hi, I'm sorry that you have received a suspension from this person hacking you on Fortnight! If there is nothing listed when you check the "Enforcement History" page, I actually don't know of a solution currently. I will try to check and see if anyone
    has any ideas on how to fix this or who exactly to contact.

    This in response to everyone above, it looks like Support can tell you if there is a suspension on your account that is not showing up. So I would try speaking to them about that part at least.
