    Bonjour, j'ai un problème sur ma Xbox one. Le 19 mars 2019 jai acheter le Xbox live gold l'année (60€) débité en avril sur mon compte PayPal or jai du changer d'adresse email sur mon compte et un bug du ce produire: je peut toujours jouer en ligne mais
    les 4 jeux gratuits par mois et les réductions me demandent de racheter le Xbox live gold pour y avoir accès. Je n'ai donc qu'une partie des avantages du gold. Jai une preuve par image si vous souhaitez et jai également remarqué que dans l'historique des achats
    de mon compte Microsoft il est écrit pour cet achat paiement refusé en rouge alors qu'il ma été débité. Merci d'avance pour essayer de résoudre mon problème.

    If you mean xbox live gold yes....because xbox live is the xbox online service platform and xbox live gold is the subscription, and non gold subscribers are still connected to xbox live always.
