    i recently received a device ban and today i was told that if if go offline i can still play my games on the xbox one console so i turned it offline and not a single game worked i attempted to make my account home xbox but due to a device ban it won't let me. is there a fix because not only is it a shared device but the console is imperative to my mental health and due to the loss of it and the recent departure of my beloved granddad is causing a significant and noticeable degradation of my behavior aggression and overall concentration. any advice would be helpful please inform me shortly.

    p.s. if it helps i will donate a kidney to any member of the enforcement team to get my account back

    If you didn't have your console as your Home before the ban, there is no way to set it as your Home now. There is no way around that.

    Why have downloadable content, for when xbox services are limited. You cannot use the content.
