    Xbox One X system error e101


    Hey!

    When I try and turn my xbox one x on it keeps going to the troubleshooting screen and gives the error code: E101 00000503 80070003

    I turned it off, unplugged it for a couple minutes and turned it back on and that didn't work.

    I have tried both of the reset options in the troubleshoot guide.

    And I downloaded the offline update to a usb and tried that, but to no avail.

    I don't even know what else to try, and any help would be appreciated.

    In your case, a system update should have fixed the issue.

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link below to make sure you perform the system update after downloading the offline system update file:

    i was able to get the troubleshoot mode to come up. i was able to download the update on to the USB.

    once i plugged the USB into the xbox and selected update offline. i receieve an error code automatically.

    System Error: E101 00000504 8B050041.

    a google search led me to this site:

    which leads me back to updating offline using a USB.
