    Xbox one X violently shuts down while playing iceborne...


    I had the HDR issue that was not working after getting the new experience dash , but i heard rebooted and it fixed it, and a few minutes ago while i was playing MHW world with friends, black screen , thought it was a power outage but everything else worked and i has to boot the one X to play again.... quite frightening...

    I found a fix! Blow on the top vent of you xbox one for about 2 minutes, it worked for me.

    The power supply can also collect dust on the sides I would get some compressed air and try blowing any dust out if its over heating.

    Are you a part of the Xbox Insider program by any chance? This has been an issue in several of the builds and continues to be an issue as they are having difficulty figuring out the cause and fix. If so, please make sure that you are reporting the issues
    using the Report a Problem tool on your console as soon as you power it back on.
