    Xbox series X keeps crashing


    I just ordered a refurbished Xbox x and every time I play any games it just crashes and returns me back to home screen. I do realize I don’t have the right hdmi 2.1 or a 4K tv atm. But shouldn’t it still play games without those? Is it a problem with the device itself? I plan on going to GameStop soon but was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this problem?

    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

    My Xbox Series X rarely crashed until June 3rd when the game became unusable. When I was using Xbox One it always crashed regardless, but it is concerning that the crash issue is now happening on Series X when it didn't before the firmware update.

    I have the exact same issue - Series X keeps crashing when trying to play with my daughter on PC. She has no issues or crashing, just me after a few minutes of being in the convoy.

    i had the same problem with the black screen and now it keeps crashing... even when i do the offline update it crashes..The funny thing about this problem is that it all started after the 2year guarantee ended about 2 weeks later. 500Euros for the best
