Xbox stopped connecting to wifi and wont play games offline

I reset the console. The very first thing it needs me to do is connect to a network. As I said, I cannot connect to Wi-Fi. So now its stuck here. Cant go to the home screen, cant play disks, cant do anything without a network connection and this console wont connect wirelessly.

Is there anyway to resolve these issues without a network connection?

this error that appears on Xbox is a failure of the console when trying to connect to Live services.

Game Pass games are not possible to play offline, what you can do is: when you turn on your console, put it online so that it connects to Live servers, and then take it offline to play the games you want.

As for the console no longer detecting wi-fi networks, this may be for some reasons, such as interference in the environment, distance from your modem router console, changing frequencies of the equipment among other things.

I do not know if you have done any procedures in the console such as trying to clear the cache or reset the console, if you have not already done, follow the procedures below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

In reply to your question, no xbox one does not need to constantly be connected to the internet. It can be used fully offline though you wont be able to access the microsoft store to buy digital games. You can play a digital game offline but you wont be
able to play multiplayer xbox live. Hopefully this answers your question
