    That is something you will have to address with Xbox Support. The opinions of those in the forums have no weight in what decisions that are made.

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, but this has already been answered within your previous
    post found here.

    The promotion entails two parts, the subscription at the discounted promotional price, and the in-game currency for the game. After the purchase was made, the game should have recognized the connection to the promotion and then provided the appropriate amount
    of currency within the allotted time. Xbox/Microsoft are not holders over currency for games, and so do not provide said currency. Please create a ticket through the
    EA Help website for further assistance.

    Agreed but by your books is this right for a company who outsourced to use the blame and now expect their customer to speak with EA or Respawn whom it has nothing to do with since Xbox issued the promo and is supposed to grant the promo not EA or Respawn.

    The forums is for everything good or bad and the forums are monitor by employees of Microsoft are they not? I just want to provide the evidence that things can be alot different and these people are suppose to be the first line of contact
    to the customer.
    Again, we are not Microsoft employees. We are volunteers. Fellow gamers looking to help other gamers out if we can.
